Our Approach to Ticketing & Accreditation:

1. Event Ticketing (For Public & Major Tournaments):
- Accessibility for Spectators: For our larger tournaments, inter-academy matches, or special showcase events, we provide clear information on how spectators can obtain tickets.
- Online Sales: Utilizing a user-friendly online platform (e.g., our website, a dedicated ticketing partner) for advance ticket purchases, allowing for easy selection and payment.
- On-Site Ticket Counters: For the convenience of local fans, tickets will also be available for purchase at designated counters at the AVBS Sports venue on event days, subject to availability.
- Ticket Types:
- General Admission: Standard entry for most spectators.
- Seasonal Passes: For multi-day tournaments, offering cost-effective access for the entire duration.

- Personalized Passes: Each accredited individual will receive a unique, non-transferable accreditation pass with their photo, name, role, and validity dates.
- Access Control: These passes are essential for gaining access to designated areas of the academy, including player changing rooms, practice nets, and officials’ zones.
- Verification: Our security personnel will verify accreditation passes at all entry and exit points to ensure authorized access only.
- Streamlined Application Process:
- Pre-Registration: For tournaments, teams and officials will typically pre-register their details online or submit forms in advance.
- On-Site Collection: Accreditation passes will be issued and collected at a designated accreditation centre at the AVBS Sports venue, often with a quick photo capture and verification process.
