Our dedicated Logistics & Operations team works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every training session, every match, and every event runs with efficiency, safety, and precision. From managing equipment to coordinating complex tournaments, our commitment to operational excellence underpins everything we do.

Our Comprehensive Approach to Logistics & Operations:
We meticulously plan and execute every detail to ensure smooth and effective functioning of all academy activities and events.
1. Equipment Management & Maintenance:
- Inventory & Procurement: We maintain a comprehensive inventory of all cricket equipment – from bats, balls, pads, and helmets to training aids like bowling machines, cones, and specialized nets. We ensure timely procurement of high-quality gear to meet the needs of all age groups and skill levels.
- Storage & Organization: Our equipment is stored in secure, organized facilities, ensuring easy access for coaches and players while protecting it from wear and tear.
- Maintenance & Safety Checks: Regular inspections and maintenance of all equipment are conducted to ensure it’s in optimal condition and meets safety standards, minimizing the risk of injury. This includes regular servicing of bowling machines and repair of nets.
2. Facility Management:
- Venue Readiness: Our team ensures that all playing areas – pitches, outfields, practice nets, and warm-up zones – are prepared according to schedule, aligned with the meticulous standards of our Venue & Pitch Management team. This includes setting up stumps, boundary ropes, and cones.
- Changing Rooms & Washrooms: Maintaining clean, hygienic, and functional changing rooms and washroom facilities for players, coaches, and staff.
- Spectator Areas: Ensuring spectator seating areas are clean, safe, and comfortable for all visitors during matches and events.
- Lighting & Utilities: Managing the maintenance and operational readiness of floodlights (if applicable), power supply, and water facilities across the entire academy premises.
3. Event & Tournament Management:
- Scheduling & Coordination: Meticulous planning of match schedules, training timetables, and special events, ensuring optimal use of facilities and avoiding clashes.
- Match Day Operations: On match days, our team oversees everything from score-keeping and scoreboard management to ball retrieval, boundary setting, and ensuring the smooth flow of play.
- Team & Player Coordination: Assisting with team arrivals, guiding them to designated areas, and coordinating warm-up schedules.
- Emergency Preparedness: Implementing robust emergency protocols, including first-aid stations, contact information for medical emergencies, and clear evacuation plans. Our staff are trained to respond effectively to any unforeseen circumstances.
4. Transportation & Accommodation Support (For Visiting Teams/Camps):
- Local Transport Coordination: For out-of-town players attending camps or visiting teams, we can assist in coordinating local transportation arrangements (e.g., from railway stations/bus stops) to the academy and designated accommodation.
- Accommodation Liaison: While we do not provide in-house accommodation, our team can liaise with local hotels and guesthouses in Vrindavan to help visiting teams and parents arrange suitable lodging.
5. Health, Safety & Welfare:
- First Aid & Medical Support: Trained first-aid personnel are always on-site during training and matches. We have established protocols for quick response to injuries, including liaison with local medical facilities in Vrindavan when necessary.
- Hydration Stations: Ensuring easy access to clean drinking water for all players and staff across the venue.
- Hygiene Standards: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the academy premises, including regularly sanitizing equipment and facilities.
6. Staff & Volunteer Coordination:
- Briefing & Deployment: Efficiently briefing and deploying our staff and any volunteers to their designated roles, ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities for smooth operations.
- Communication Hub: Establishing clear communication channels for all operational staff to respond quickly to any needs or issues that arise.
